Send us your project summary and your funding requirements and we will submit your request to our capial lending and/or investment sources that are right for you. Your project will be quickly evaluated for potential funding.
Neptune Capital Partners LLC will receive a percentage of the total amount funded for your project and, in some cases, will receive a percentage of the profits from the project itself.
For small projects in the $1 to 50 Million (USD) range in which commercial real estate can be offered as collateral, we offer the following lending criteria:
Loan Term - One to three years interest only with no prepayment penalty
Loan-To-Value Ratio - Loan amounts can be up to 75% of the value of the collateral. If the loan is used for construction or renovation, the loan can be funded in stages up to 60% of the improved value.
Interest Rate - Depending upon Collateral, rates start at 6%, interest only with fees from 2-7%.
Rates for international transactions are generally higher than U.S. domestic loans.

Yes. All parties will sign an NDNC before you are asked to provide identifying information on your project. We never compete with our clients and we always keep all information strictly confidential both during and after the funding process.
No. We do not charge up-front fees for the privilege of our assistance because we consider such fees to be predatory and unethical. We don't receive compensation until you receive your funding.
Yes. Our fee agreements stipulate that we are to receive compensation for all funding received from sources we have introduced you to, whether for the current project or any future projects.
